We decided to go for Round 3 of our ABC's--a list of hikes and other activities for each letter of the alphabet. We had never done any winter hiking before, and we're not a winter sports family...except for a bit of sledding here or there. So this was a good goal for us to help pass the dreary months after Christmas and stay active instead of just hunkering down on the couch and reading a good book and getting more stir-crazy by the minute.
