La Cara Practice Spanish words for the face.

Handwriting Maker  G: Perfectly form 5 d's on your own!  
   E: Copy a sentence perfectly from a book you like.
-Nature Walk
-R's Homework/Read library books to each other

G: Reading (The Littles)/ E: Reading (The Witch of Blackbird Pond)

-History:
Continue making Queen Puabi's headdress
Talk about the price of animals.  
*Why would only the rich eat animals?  
*Why would a goat be worth more alive to the poor? (milk, cheese, food for family, food to sell, hair for weaving)
When people ate animals in Mesopotamia, they ate every bit.
Talk about how many people still eat this way today.  Show pictures of a Bedouin dinner with a lamb head in the middle of the rice and talk about how they eat it (from personal experience).
